Heather started the “Youth Assistance Coalition” which is an organization which takes homeless youth off the streets of San Diego. Heather provides these homeless youth with food, clothes and shelter. Heather will jump at the opportunity to help our vulnerable youth without hesitation. She never wants to see a youth on the streets and that’s what makes her a Hometown Hero!
