Get ready, San Diego! The city’s most magical holiday celebration returns December 5 & 6 to Balboa Park! Experience the sparkle of lights, joyful sounds of the season, and the energy of thousands coming together for this beloved free family festival.
Select Balboa Park museums are open with special extended evening hours.
Dazzling holiday lights and décor around every corner, International food and drinks, and, of course, an appearance by the ‘big man’ himself – Santa Claus!
The Family Zone has free crafts for kids, pro skateboarding demos from Bones Love Milk and Hollandia Dairy, and ride a Ferris Wheel with views high above Balboa Park.
You’ll love performances and entertainment on the Palm Stage from SeaWorld San Diego.
Watch Disney’s movie classic Frozen and holiday cartoons at December Nights Movies in the Park sponsored by the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians.
The Toyota Sequoia Sleigh will be collecting donations for San Diego Rescue Mission to help those in need.
