Mila was born in Mississippi during a major disaster and the local shelters needed to create room for the influx of pets. Most of these pets had no families that would come looking for them, so they were transferred out of there with her mom and the other puppies in her litter of six.

Eventually, they ended up at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society and were all adopted. However four years later, Mila was returned to us due to changes in her family…

She’s currently in foster care with a RCHS volunteer.

She needs a home with someone who will be there with her most of the time. She does like other dogs, so she might like another dog to play with.
