He was cared for by a veterinarian in Sonora until he was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program.

He’s still very much a puppy. Kyle needs a home where there is not a lot of commotion. His new family will need to give Kyle time to settle in at his own pace.
Kyle is trying to be social, but he’s still learning to trust people. He might walk up to get attention, but then be confused when he gets it. He needs positive reinforcement.

The $145 adoption fee for Kyle includes medical exam, neuter, up to date vaccinations, registered microchip, and a one-year license if her new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society’s Department of Animal Services. For information visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, call 760-753-6413, or log on to www.SDpets.org.

Open 11 to 2 Friday through Monday, and Wednesday and Thursday by appointment.
