Arthur was lost in the streets when a good Samaritan rescued him and brought him to our shelter early in October 2020. Arthur is a 4 lbs. Rex rabbit and has velvet-like, dense fur that is therapeutic to pet. Rabbits make a great pet for older children over 8 years old. Arthur has a happy, well-rounded personality which makes him a great fit for first time rabbit owners! He is easy to pick up and doesn’t mind petting. The staff enjoys watching him do rabbit binkies (run, hop, skip with happiness).
Adoption fee is only $25.00! After you adopt, you will be given an adoption packet with care instructions and a free vet visit. If you would like information on rabbit ownership, care and behavior you can email ttorres@chulavistaca.gov to get more information.
