Sherry also known as the "Funky Filipina" knew when she was 9 when her school visited a radio station that she wanted to be on the radio. Now its been 16 years in radio and she still loves it especially since she’s here in San Diego and playing music she grew up with. Before coming to San Diego 8 years ago she worked in Salinas (with Xavier), Fresno, and Phoenix. Sherry not only does the midday show but is also the music director for MAGIC which means a lot of what you hear is her doing. She also likes working with various charities throughout San Diego especially military charities. When she’s not working she’s with her family – husband whose in the Army and twin 5 year old daughters.
