It is highly damaging to your eyes to watch even a partial eclipse with your naked eye. Protect your eyes. You may have seen ads or run into people selling glasses with which to watch the eclipse. Beware! Many of these are not official lenses and could still damage your eyes. Be sure you get ISO approved solar eclipse glasses. Check out this link to see how you can tell if your glasses are ISO certified.
We suggest that you make sure you get (or got) your eclipse viewers from one of the suppliers listed on our Reputable Vendors of Solar Filters & Viewers page.
